Economics outside the classroom
For the first time in the institution’s history, the Department of Economics presents Oiko-librium, an academic festival that brings economic theory into the real world.
It is a platform for undergraduate students to debate policy, analyse markets and work on contemporary socioeconomic questions. Whether your interest is international trade, behavioural economics or how markets operate, there is an event for you.
Choose your event
Each event has its own registration page with full rules and fee details. Register separately for every event you want to enter.
Registration is free. The entry fee shown is payable only if you are selected, and is collected personally by the organisers. Fees are per team, except Bandopolis, Diplomacia, Bid-o-nomics and Wunderkammer, which are ₹75 per person.

Date change: The organising committee reserves the right to change the event date if necessary. All registered participants will be informed of any such change through WhatsApp.
Disqualification policy: The organising committee reserves the right to disqualify any participant or team for misconduct, violation of event rules, unfair practices, or any other behaviour deemed inappropriate by the committee. The committee’s decision will be final.
